About the Role

 

 

As the Concrete Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for managing day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest standard. You’ll oversee concrete placement, finishing, and repair works, while coordinating with site managers, contractors, and our in-house team.

Key Responsibilities

 

 

  • Supervise and coordinate concrete teams on-site


 

 

  • Oversee formwork, pours, curing, and finishing processes


 

 

  • Ensure all work meets quality, safety, and compliance standards


 

 

  • Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications


 

 

  • Plan daily work schedules and manage labour and materials


 

 

  • Liaise with project managers, clients, and subcontractors


 

 

  • Provide hands-on support and problem-solving on site


 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 What We’re Looking For

 

 

  • Proven experience in a supervisory or leading hand role within concrete construction


 

 

  • Strong understanding of concrete techniques, formwork, and finishing


 

 

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills


 

 

  • Ability to manage multiple sites or crews


 

 

  • Commitment to health & safety best practices


 

 

  • Reliable, proactive, and quality-driven


 

 

  • Full NZ driver’s licence


 

 

  • (Advantageous) Knowledge of waterproofing or concrete repair systems
