We are seeking skilled and motivated gardener to join our team. The successful candidates will be responsible for planting, cultivating, and maintaining parks, gardens, and landscaped areas to ensure they remain healthy, attractive, and safe for public enjoyment. It is a full-time permanent role with minimum guaranteed 30 hours of work per week.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
 Prepare and maintain seedbeds and growing sites.
 Propagate and plant trees, shrubs, hedges, flowers, and bulbs.
 Prepare lawn areas by spreading topsoil, planting grass, and laying instant turf.
 Maintain gardens and grassed areas through weeding, trimming, fertilising, watering, and mowing.
 Prune trees and hedges; install plant support and protection devices.
 Assist with planning and designing landscape layouts, selecting plants and materials, and scheduling landscape construction.
 Set out and install hardscape and softscape features.
 Construct paved and gravel areas, fences, walls, pergolas, ponds, and other garden structures.
 Assess and treat trees for health and safety concerns; lop and shape branches as required.
 Spray and dust plants and trees to control pests and diseases, and safely fell diseased trees.

About You:
 Must have at least three years of relevant work experience OR a minimum Level 4 qualification
 Strong understanding of plant care, soil health, and landscape design.
 Skilled in using gardening tools and machinery safely and effectively.
 Attention to detail, reliability, and pride in high-quality work.
 Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
