Rooney Earthmoving Ltd is a large family-owned South Island business with work bases in Invercargill, Oamaru, Waimate, Timaru, Ashburton and Christchurch. We have been around for over 49 years and have become a trusted, progressive brand in the civil construction industry.

We are currently recruiting for permanent Driving roles to join our Christchurch Construction team.

Due to recent changes, we are looking to appoint some class 5 drivers who have attributes including:

• Qualified class 5 licence with experience on civil construction projects.
• Competent to self-load with loaders or excavators.
• Can look after the equipment, have a good driving record and basic mechanical knowledge.
• Know about productivity and operates with a positive attitude.
• Willing to be flexible when the work varies.
