Impact Trade Limited is a leading Premium vehicle washing and detailing facility. We are looking for a Site Manager for our Auckland locations.
This is a permanent full-time role with a minimum of 35 hours per week.
Job Responsibilities:
- Report to the Director to achieve company goals.
- Oversee site operations, ensuring compliance, safety, and customer satisfaction.
- Implement and enforce company policies, processes, and objectives.
- Manage hiring, training, and evaluation.
- Analyze financial and performance data to improve efficiency and profitability.
- Oversee cash management, fraud prevention, and supplier coordination.
- Direct administrative activities, including payroll and reporting.
- Address operational issues, including equipment repairs and business performance.
- Provide solutions for challenges like profit decline, employee conflicts, or competition.
Job Requirements:
- Strong leadership, time management, task management, planning, and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems, and procedures.
- Uphold quality standards for vehicle care and customer support.
- Ensure timely corrective action to customer service issues.
- Three years of relevant work experience or a level 4 or higher qualification
