Impact Trade Limited is a leading Premium vehicle washing and detailing facility. We are looking for a Site Manager for our Auckland locations.

This is a permanent full-time role with a minimum of 35 hours per week.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Report to the Director to achieve company goals.
  • Oversee site operations, ensuring compliance, safety, and customer satisfaction.
  • Implement and enforce company policies, processes, and objectives.
  • Manage hiring, training, and evaluation.
  • Analyze financial and performance data to improve efficiency and profitability.
  • Oversee cash management, fraud prevention, and supplier coordination.
  • Direct administrative activities, including payroll and reporting.
  • Address operational issues, including equipment repairs and business performance.
  • Provide solutions for challenges like profit decline, employee conflicts, or competition.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems, and procedures.
  • Uphold quality standards for vehicle care and customer support.

  • Three years of relevant work experience or a level 4 or higher qualification
