Full time permanent scaffolder requires for our busy company in Auckland. The minimum
work hour will be 30 hours per week and maximum will be 40 hours per week. The minimum wage is $27.00 ph and maximum wages will be $32.00ph based on experience. Candidate should pass a background check and be physically fit. New Zealand citizen or resident will be preferable. Please mention if you are a NZ resident or citizen.

Tasks Include:
1. Attaching slinging gear to hoisting equipment and objects to be moved using clamps,
hooks, bolts and knots
2. order and co-ordinate transport of scaffolding components
3. Fitting and bolting tubes, support braces and components to form bases and build up
scaffolding.
4. Erection of scaffolding of various types, establishing platforms and safety measures
5. lifting and positioning sections of scaffolding
6. Identify hazards, defects and the need for adjustment or repair; to ensure compliance
with agreed codes, law, working practices and health and safety
7. Regularly inspect scaffolding for safety and make alterations and repairs as needed
8. Check and maintain scaffolding equipment.
9. Determining job requirements and planning/configuring scaffolding
10.Setting up winches and rigging equipment to raise and position girders, plates, columns
and other steel units.
11.How to erect and disassemble scaffolding
12. Load and unload scaffolding from trucks
13.Adhere to all organisation policies and procedures.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • At least two years relevant experience.
