You'll bring:
- Strong knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act (RTA)
- A commitment to compliance with new legislation.
- Excellent communication skills & attention to detail
- Well-structured processes that underpin great property management.
- At least 2 years' experience in New Zealand, and a current NZ driver's licence.
