Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Development
- Establish and lead a high-performing property management team from the ground up.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and professional growth.
- Oversee budgets, rent collection, and financial performance to achieve business targets
- Manage supplier and contractor relationships, ensuring cost efficiency and service quality.
- Serve as the primary liaison for property owners and tenants, ensuring satisfaction and resolving issues promptly.

- Implement effective maintenance programs and oversee property inspections.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and company policies.
- Develop and execute the strategic plan for the new division.

- Proven experience in Property Management leadership, ideally within a growth or start-up environment.
