We’re looking for a proactive and organised individual to step into a vital client service and coordination role with one of New Zealand’s leading packaging manufacturers.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys being the central link between clients, sales, and production — and who thrives in a fast-moving manufacturing environment.

Why You’ll Love It Here

  • Great culture – Collaborative, friendly team that values communication, humour, and excellence.

  • Career development – Ongoing mentoring, training, and pathways into other areas like Sales, Operations, or NPD over time.

  • Purpose-driven – Be part of an organisation leading the way in printed, sustainable and innovative packaging solutions.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll play a key role in supporting B2B clients and ensuring their packaging projects run smoothly — from order to delivery.

  • Liaise with clients daily via phone and email, providing updates, answering questions, and delivering best-fit solutions in a professional and timely manner

  • Coordinate between customers, production, and internal teams to keep jobs on track

  • Assist with quotes, reports, and forecasting for the sales and production teams

  • Maintain data integrity across CRM and ERP systems

  • Keep a close eye on detail, quality, and timelines
