Are you passionate about the agricultural industry and ready to take on a leadership role C & H Enterprises Limited is seeking a supervisor to oversee and manage orchard operations, ensuring excellence in quality, safety, and productivity.

Hourly rate: $28 - $30 per hour.

Guaranteed hours: 30 per week.

Maximum hours: 50 per week.

Location:Bay of Plenty

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with manager to plan and review contracts for supplying contract services

  • Oversee all work undertaken on the orchards and report to senior management.

  • Ensure senior management is aware of any issues or concerns related to the contracts and report on any other matters require further attention.

  • Assist manager with training and induction of new staff.

  • Oversee the planning and co-ordinating seasonal orchard activities.

  • Supervise the dy to day running of orchard while supervisiong staff and recording the work completed

  • Ensure all staff members submit their weekly timesheets or talies for wage  payment.

  • Visit orchards and communicate with owners to ensure that work of the highest quality is perforemed on daily basis.

  • Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations as per the Company’s Health, Safety Environment Policy
