Full-time position, at least 30 hours work per week. 

Responsibilities:

  • Study blueprints, construction drawings, and specifications to determine fabrication and installation requirements;
  • Select, clean, and prepare metal materials including steel plates, bars, and pipes;
  • Cut and shape metal sections and steel bars using hand tools, flame-cutting torches, or metal-cutting machines;
  • Cut steel bars, drill holes using impact drills, and tighten bolts with electric wrenches to assemble and install steel components;
  • Use hand and machine tools, or apply heat and hammering, to bend, shape, and adjust metal parts;
  • Weld metal brackets and structural components, ensuring strong, precise, and neat welds that meet quality standards;
  • Join metal parts using various welding techniques, bolting, or riveting methods;
  • Use measuring instruments and hand tools to align and position components accurately;
  • Inspect welds for bead width, penetration, and accuracy to ensure compliance with project requirements;
  • Finish fabricated products by cleaning, polishing, grinding, or acid treatment;
  • Assist with the on-site installation of metal frames, supports, railings, and other structural elements, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Requirements:

  • At least two years of experience in metal fabrication or welding work;
  • Proficiency in using a wide range of metal working and welding equipment;
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical specifications;
  • Strong safety awareness and teamwork skills;
  • Good physical condition and ability to perform site-based work.
