Service Foods Auckland is seeking motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as a Customer Service Representatives.

About the Role:

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers — managing inquiries, processing orders, and resolving issues efficiently and professionally. You’ll use Salesforce (CRM) and Sage (ERP) systems to maintain accurate records and support seamless operations across departments.

Position snapshot:

Location: Mangere, South Auckland

We have two full-time permanent roles available with immediate start:

  • AM Shift: 07:00 AM – 03:30 PM (Tuesday to Saturday)
  • PM Shift: 03:00 PM – 11:30 PM (Sunday to Thursday)

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service through prompt and accurate order processing and communication
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships while supporting sales and data accuracy
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, fax, and online channels
  • Enter and manage customer orders in Sage (ERP) and update records in Salesforce (CRM)
  • Monitor and manage customer backorders to ensure timely delivery
  • Identify and pursue sales opportunities to support revenue growth
  • Follow up on customer queries, complaints, and requests, coordinating with internal teams for resolution

About You
The ideal candidate is a proactive and resilient individual with a solid background in customer service. You thrive in fast-paced environments, stay calm under pressure, and are committed to delivering outstanding service with professionalism and care.

Key Attributes:

  • Professional phone manner and strong communication skills
  • Experience in customer support, call centre, or similar roles
  • High attention to detail and strong data entry skills
  • Excellent time management and decision-making abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (essential); experience with Salesforce and ERP systems (advantageous)
  • Strong interpersonal skills with an empathetic and adaptable approach
  • Reliable transport to and from work
  • Knowledge of the food services or warehouse industry is a plus
  • Year 13 or equivalent qualification required
