N&X ROOFING LIMITED is a roof-related construction company based in Auckland New Zealand. Main duties of this role:

  • Serve as the key liaison for clients, internal staff, contractors and suppliers, to ensure timely, efficient communication and coordination across all stages of the project.​
  • Respond to internal and external inquiries related to project, assist in issue resolution, and escalate matters beyond authority promptly.​
  • Collaborate with clients and management to confirm project requirements, schedule and resource needs.​
  • Assist in developing detailed implementation plans and assist in preparing proposals, cost estimates, schedules and budgets.​
  • Provide end-to-end administrative support for smooth project delivery, including document control, task coordination, and logistics tracking.​
  • Organize team meetings, prepare agendas and minutes, follow up action items/deadlines; undertake other project tasks as assigned.​
  • Use project management tools to track progress, resource usage and spending, ensuring alignment with approved plans.​
  • Monitor site safety and potential issues during installation, and support prompt resolution to maintain work quality.​
  • Coordinate with internal teams and subcontractors for timely material delivery, sufficient labor and adherence to timelines.​
  • Ensure project-related health, safety and compliance procedures are implemented and followed, including adherence to company safety protocols and regulatory requirements.​
  • Support technical supervision and quality control for projects, including monitoring workmanship, verifying compliance with project specifications, and coordinating corrective actions where necessary.
  • Assist in project evaluation and reporting, tracking key performance indicators such as schedule adherence, cost efficiency, and quality standards, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

Requirements for the job:

  • NZQF Diploma qualification or higher, or at least three years of relevant work experience
  • Excellent organizational, planning, communication and multitasking skills
  • Full time availability
  • No criminal record
  • Candidates need to be NZ citizens/residents

Pay rate: minimum $ 30.00/hour-maximum $ 35.00/hour

Guaranteed hours of work per week: minimum 30 hours
