·       Following instructions to drive hydrovac truck to job sites on a regular base

·       Operating hydrovac trucks into position for loading and unloading

·       Assist in filling water tanks and ensuring that all necessary valves and attachments are secured before hydrovac operators can operate the equipment.

·       Complying with safety requirements when driving, parking, loading hydrovac trucks, adhering to all traffic and regulatory requirements.

·       Conducting regular routine checks of hydrovac trucks to ensure the driven and on road safety

·       Making sure load weights not exceeding the maximum weights described for the vehicle

·       Carefully complete paper documents and check the loading condition to ensure compliance with safety regulations at all time

What you'll need to succeed:

·       Current and clean Class 4/Class 5 NZ driver license required;

·       No prior work experience is required for this role but could be an advantage.
