Position Title: Store Manager
Number of Positions: 1
Location: Pukekohe, Auckland
Pay Rate: $32 – $37 per hour
Hours of Work: 30 – 40 hours per week
Key Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience.
OR - Level 4 or higher qualification.
Key Responsibilities
- Determine appropriate product mix, stock levels, and service standards based on customer demand and seasonal trends.
- Develop and implement purchasing strategies and pricing policies to maintain profitability.
- Coordinate in-store promotions and advertising to attract and retain customers.
- Provide product knowledge and customer service guidance to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, sales, and financial transactions.
- Prepare and manage budgets for store operations, including cost control and forecasting.
- Oversee recruitment, training, and performance management of store staff.
- Ensure full compliance with food safety, hygiene, and occupational health and safety regulations.
- Monitor store performance and implement improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Liaise with suppliers, service providers, and business owners to ensure smooth operations.
