Position Title: Store Manager
Number of Positions: 1
Location: Pukekohe, Auckland
Pay Rate: $32 – $37 per hour
Hours of Work: 30 – 40 hours per week

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience.
    OR
  • Level 4 or higher qualification.

Key Responsibilities

  • Determine appropriate product mix, stock levels, and service standards based on customer demand and seasonal trends.
  • Develop and implement purchasing strategies and pricing policies to maintain profitability.
  • Coordinate in-store promotions and advertising to attract and retain customers.
  • Provide product knowledge and customer service guidance to ensure a positive shopping experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, sales, and financial transactions.
  • Prepare and manage budgets for store operations, including cost control and forecasting.
  • Oversee recruitment, training, and performance management of store staff.
  • Ensure full compliance with food safety, hygiene, and occupational health and safety regulations.
  • Monitor store performance and implement improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Liaise with suppliers, service providers, and business owners to ensure smooth operations.
