We, Cargo Jumbo Limited, are looking for technically skilled candidates with excellent attention to detail for the position of warehouse forklift driver. As a forklift driver, youareresponsible for optimizing loads to ensure operational efficiency, scheduling vehicles for maintenance and repairs, and other duties. Warehouse Forklift Driver will need to transport valuable items, requiring diligence and good hand-eye coordination.

∙ Days required: 5 days 

∙ Hours per week: minimum of 30 hours a week is guaranteed, maximumof 40 hours per week 

∙ Hourly rate: $25.00 – 30.00 depends on the experiences and level 

Job description: 

● Loading, unloading, shipping, and receiving warehouse items. 

● Transporting materials to different locations within the facility. 

● Optimizing loads to ensure operational efficiency. 

● Securing loads to the machine before transportation. 

● Inspecting for damages to vehicles. 

● Scheduling vehicles for maintenance and repairs. 

● Operating and managing technical equipment. 

● Picking and wrapping orders for shipment. 

● Identifying workplace safety hazards. 

● Adhering to safety management standards. 

● Adhering to production schedules. 

Job pre-requisites: 

● Valid New Zealand fork-lifting certificate. 

● At least 3 years of relevant working experience in the warehouse is required - Excellent hand-eye coordination. 

● Good physical condition. 

● Mathematical aptitude. 

● Good organizational skills. 

● Attention to detail. 

● Good written and verbal communication
