Pay Rate: $32 – $37 per hour

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience.
    OR
  • Level 4 or higher qualification.

Key Responsibilities

  • Determine product mix and stock levels for both retail and takeaway operations
  • Develop and implement purchasing strategies and pricing policies for food and retail items
  • Coordinate promotional activities and advertising to attract customers
  • Monitor food preparation standards and customer service quality
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, sales, and financial transactions
  • Prepare and manage budgets for both retail and takeaway operations
  • Oversee recruitment, training, and supervision of staff across both areas
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and occupational health and safety regulations
  • Liaise with suppliers and service providers to ensure timely stock replenishment
