Store Manager

The role includes, but is not limited to:

·   Total responsibility for the daily operation of the store

·   Managing and leading the team

·   Ensure quality sales and customer service, going the extra mile

·   Achieving store and personal sales targets by achieving

excellence in customer satisfaction

·   Managing promotions,pricing, sales and budgeting

·   Negotiating skills

Skills and experience required:

·   At least six months of supervisory experience in a non-franchisee

Fruit and vegetable business 

·   Clean driver’s license

·   Forklift license

·   An eye for detail and the skill for merchandising

·   Mature-minded and able to handle the store independently

·   Excellent communication and people skills

·   Able to pass a criminal check and drug test if required

·    work weekends and until 6 pm

Minimum 30 hours per week.
