Marketing Specialist Wanted

This is an excellent opportunity to work for a well-established Auckland-based company.
We are now looking for 1 full-time Marketing Specialist to join our company, working in Auckland. This role would be permanent, based on at least 30 hours per week, workdays from Monday to Friday.
Tasks Include:
· Undertaking market research and analyzing the findings, recommending advertising and marketing activities
· Plan and run social media platforms and organize events to promote the business
· Analyze marketing data, advising on pricing and policies to help shape future marketing strategies
· Monitoring and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns on the uptake of programs and services
· Managing and updating website and other social media platforms, improving the overall retail and online presence.
· Collect and analyze ongoing customer reviews, trends and patterns to identify areas for business growth and improvement
· Managing marketing and advertising budgets across the business and coordinate the development of marketing materials and campaigns with the various third-party specialist
· Identifying potential demand for new type of services after analyzing available statics and data
· Maintaining good relationships with clients, obtaining testimonials and referrals that can be used to promote our business
To be successful you will need to:
- Have at least 2 years’ solid work experience in the same field/industry, OR
- Have a relevant bachelor degree or higher qualification in marketing
- Be a great team player, be able to follow instructions
· Good eye for details and an ability to solve problems practically
