​​Job Description

  • Develops, plans, and organises comprehensive advertising and marketing strategies to support business growth and sales objectives.
  • Advises executives and clients on integrated marketing campaigns to effectively reach target markets, enhance consumer awareness, and promote products and services.
  • Coordinates the end-to-end production of advertising materials, including copywriting, artwork, scripting, media placement, and TV/film production, ensuring adherence to budgets and timelines.
  • Conducts and commissions market research to identify new opportunities and assess potential demand, collecting and analysing data and market trends to inform decision-making.
  • Supports business development by formulating and executing marketing policies, programs, and promotional strategies, including product positioning, pricing, distribution, and sales channels.
  • Creates, schedules, and manages digital content across websites and social media platforms to enhance engagement and brand visibility.
  • Monitors, analyses, and reports on the performance of marketing and advertising initiatives, using data insights and statistical modelling to refine strategies and maximise profitability.
  • Suggesting enhancements to website content to optimize performance in search engine rankings.
  • Visits clients and business partners when required to build and maintain strong customer relationships and support marketing activities
  • Performs other reasonable duties as required by the employer.

  • Job type: Full-time
  • Pay rate: from $30.00 to $40.00 per hour
  • Days required: 5-6 days/week, roaster may apply
  • Hours per week: At least 30

 

Job Requirement

  • A minimum of five years of relevant work experience, or a related bachelor's degree, or an equivalent overseas qualification is required.
