Job Description:

The Marketing Specialist will play a key role in developing and executing marketing initiatives to expand Shinyway’s brand presence in New Zealand and overseas markets — particularly in Asia. You will work closely with our sales, product, and operations teams to
design marketing campaigns, manage brand communications, and support cross-border business growth.

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans across both online and offline channels (including social media, trade shows, and partnership campaigns).
  • Create engaging marketing content such as brochures, advertisements, and digital media materials to enhance brand visibility.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends and
    opportunities.
  • Support the sales team in customer engagement, promotional events, and account
    management.
  • Manage and optimize brand promotion across e-commerce platforms (e.g., Taobao,
    Pinduoduo, or other international channels).
  • Assist in product pricing, promotional planning, and data-driven performance analysis.
  • Strengthen brand awareness through innovative storytelling and localized marketing
    strategies.

Job requirement: applicant must meet following requirement to apply for this job

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business, Economics, or related fields.
  • At least 3 years of experience in marketing, brand management, or business
    development (experience in pharmaceuticals, FMCG, or health products preferred).
  • Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin Chinese; proficiency in French is a plus.
  • Solid analytical, organizational, and execution skills.
  • Familiarity with international and cross-border e-commerce markets.
  • A proactive mindset with creativity and teamwork orientation.
  • Teaching or training experience will be an asset, particularly for content-driven
    marketing roles.
