We are looking for Maintenance Carpenters to join our company in Auckland.

Job Description

 

l Maintenance & Repair:

Perform routine and emergency carpentry repairs in existing homes, including fixing doors, windows, floors, stairs, cabinets, and trim.

l Carpentry Installations:

Install and replace wooden structures, such as shelving, cabinetry, and frameworks.

l Woodworking:

Cut, shape, and assemble wood and other materials according to the required specifications for repairs or upgrades.

l Structural Adjustments:

Inspect and repair structural elements, such as beams, joists, and subfloors, as needed for safety and stability.

l Quality Control:

Ensure that all repairs and installations meet high-quality standards and safety regulations.

l Customer Service:

Communicate directly with homeowners to assess needs, provide estimates, and ensure satisfaction with the work completed.

l Tool Maintenance:

Maintain tools and equipment in good working order, ensuring safe use.

l Safety Compliance:

Follow safety protocols at all times to ensure a safe working environment.

 

About You

• Qualification is not required, Must have at least four years of relevant work experience is required

• High degree of accuracy

• Attention to detail with an excellent work ethic

• Ability to work independently or as part of a team

• Comfortable working with power tools and in various weather conditions.
