We are seeking an experienced and passionate Bakery Manager to lead our bakery operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in baking, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality products and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily bakery operations, including production, inventory, and staff scheduling

Ensure all baked goods meet quality and presentation standards

Manage and train bakery staff to maintain efficiency and consistency

Monitor stock levels, place orders for ingredients and supplies as required

Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards

Develop new recipes and seasonal menu items in line with customer preferences

Handle customer inquiries and maintain positive relationships

Monitor costs and implement strategies to achieve sales and profit targets
Skills and Experience:

Relevant Experience or Relevant Qualification

Strong knowledge of baking techniques and product presentation

Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Understanding of health and safety regulations
