We are seeking an experienced and passionate Bakery Manager to lead our bakery operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in baking, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality products and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily bakery operations, including production, inventory, and staff scheduling

  • Ensure all baked goods meet quality and presentation standards

  • Manage and train bakery staff to maintain efficiency and consistency

  • Monitor stock levels, place orders for ingredients and supplies as required

  • Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards

  • Develop new recipes and seasonal menu items in line with customer preferences

  • Handle customer inquiries and maintain positive relationships

  • Monitor costs and implement strategies to achieve sales and profit targets

Skills and Experience:

  • Relevant Experience or Relevant Qualification

  • Strong knowledge of baking techniques and product presentation

  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

  • Understanding of health and safety regulations

  • Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and public holidays
