We are looking for people with building skills to join our family-owned and operated team in Tauranga. The successful candidates will work with our existing team to install, uplift, and maintain our Highlander cabins. 

 

Our factory, based in Tauranga, is our hub where the cabins are manufactured. With delivery and installation nationwide, there is an exciting opportunity to travel and explore our beautiful country.

Responsibilities:

  • perform on-site installations/uplifts and repairs of cabins locations
  • Collaborate with the Production Manager and team members to ensure timely completion of projects
  • Adhere to safety protocols
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or challenges encountered.
  • Maintain records of work performed, including documentation and photos.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and provide exceptional customer service. 
  • When time allows, factory work, including cabin refinishments. 

Requirements:

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet. 
  • Ability to work independently and travel extensively, often staying away from home for extended periods. 
  • Ability to work from home, factory, or away from home - whatever the job requires. 
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. 
  • Physcial stamina and the ability to work in various environments and conditions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel
  • Confident in towing various load sizes

For this role, a minimum of 40 hours per week is required, generally Monday - Friday between the core hours of 8:00am - 6:00pm. Pay starting at $30 per hour with the ability to increase to a maximum of $36 per hour, based on experience.
