Marketing & Retail Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and coordinate integrated advertising and marketing campaigns to achieve sales and brand objectives.
• Identify market opportunities and advise management on strategies for pricing, product mix, promotion, selling approaches, and distribution channels.
• Coordinate creative development and production of marketing materials, including artwork, copy, digital content, and media placement.
• Conduct market and consumer research to analyse demand, purchasing patterns, and emerging trends.
• Monitor competitor activity and provide insights to inform campaign design, product positioning, and promotional initiatives.
• Liaise with international suppliers to obtain marketing collateral and ensure brand alignment across retail, digital, and social channels.
• Support in-store marketing and visual merchandising to maintain a consistent brand presentation.

Skills & Attributes

• Bachelor’s degree with a specialisation/major in Marketing
• Strong understanding of marketing strategy, consumer analysis, pricing, and promotional planning.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail and brand consistency.
• Previous experience in high-end or international luxury fashion is preferred
