With continued growth and a strong project pipeline, we are looking for one Architectural Draftsperson to join our team in Auckland.

About the Role

You will be responsible for preparing detailed architectural and fabrication drawings to support the design, engineering and installation of our custom aluminium façade systems. Working closely with the design and project teams, you will help turn architectural concepts into high-quality, buildable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare detailed 2D and 3D drawings for aluminium façade systems.

  • Develop accurate shop drawings, elevations, and section details for fabrication and installation.

  • Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and clients to ensure drawings meet design intent and site requirements.

  • Revise and update drawings based on design changes or feedback.

  • Maintain CAD standards and ensure documentation accuracy and consistency.

  • Ensure compliance with New Zealand Building Code and industry standards.

  • Pay rate: $23.50 per hour 

  • Days required: 5 days/week 

  • Hours per week: at least 30, maximum 55 hours/week 

Skills and Experience

  • Relevant Master or above qualification OR at least Five years of work experience is required

  • Experience in façade, curtain wall, or aluminium system detailing preferred.

  • Strong understanding of construction methods, building envelopes, and materials.

  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
