We work with all Companies firms: Repairing,  manufacturing looking after, Like in servicing.

We deal with Logistic Firms, Trucking Companies and with Mechanical and Technical companies, placing Mechanics and other Technical staff like Software Engineers and Software Code writers.

Software development companies, any Technical company who looks for special staff. These Staff are among our Top Earners In new Zealand,  We work in a special niche market where we do not really have other Competition.

 

We looking to Grow our Business in Takapuna North Shore Auckland. To Other major Towns/ Cities.   

 

We Planning to work from all Main Cities NZ wide , where Our Recruiters help by Placing these Staff.

Our Recruiters meet with The Logistic and Technical companies / Firms to see how to Help these Technical Companies / Firms, with the correct staff these companies are looking for.

Then in this case we start with Contracting staff to these companies / Firms, want later permanent Placements.

Per firms / companies it is of great help to these Firms / Companies to take any qualified applicant on for a contract basis in the fist 3 to 6  Months only to see how that person will; be able to fit in that company / firm structurs and work ethick.  before that Company choose to take the staff on a permanent basis.   Its far more cost effective for Companies / Firms to go this route in taking on staff on a Contract Basis.  From the start to see how the Applicant will perform with The company / Firm. this method save the Companie / Firm great Money befopre selecting a Perminant Staff. 

Then later ( Months, Time,  will tell ) when the companies like to take that, Applicant on Permanently, We then have a placement as well. That means Recruiters earn income 2 X On same Applicants Placed.

3.       When your applicant proves to be the correct Person, with the Working attitude, ethicks  that Company/ Firm want and are looking for then the permanent Placement take Place.

1.       We organise all advertising the way you want is and other support to Build your career in Our Firm. We supply Mobile Ph ( twin sim )  connected to Our Accounting system.

2.       Other Social media Advertising as well as the Internet recruiting sites.

3.       From Time to Time even radio ads to Help finding the correct Applicant
