Alpha Recruitment is seeking a capable, driven and passionate Training Advisor to work in a fantastic public sector organisation in the heart of Wellington.

You will be creating e-learning content and designing training content. This role has no facilitation.

You will need to be able to demonstrate that you have:

  • At least two years previous experience working as a Training Advisor 
  • A strong understanding of e-learning 
  • A strong understanding of adult learning 
  • Knowledge of the machinery of government
  • Intermediate level skills in the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Previous experience using Articulate 360 or a similiar e-learning tool 

This fixed term role goes until September 2026.

The successful candidate must have the legal right to live and work in New Zealand.
