We are Looking for an Experienced Restaurant Manager
This job is responsible for leading and managing our restaurant.
They may be responsible for different tasks such as restaurant marketing strategies, recruiting and hiring restaurant staff, training, overseeing food quality, developing menus as well as greeting and serving restaurant guests.
This job is required to perform: (specific duty tasks)
- Manage restaurant operations
- Maintain exceptional levels of customer service
- Manage guest queries in a timely and efficient manner
- Develop menus with kitchen team
- Set departmental targets and objectives, work schedules, budgets, and policies and procedures
- Evaluate guest satisfaction levels with a focus on continuous improvement
- Recruit, manage, train and develop the restaurant team
- Responsible for staff roaster
- Be environmentally aware
- Assist other departments wherever necessary are maintain good working relationships
Job requirement: applicant must meet following requirement to apply for this job
- Over Five years on relevant work experience
OR
- Level 7 qualification or Bachelors degree in Business or Management
- Full Drivers Licence with Duty Managers Licence
- Good communication skill, time management, and high standard personal hygiene

Minimum hourly rate (low salary range): $23.00
Maximum hourly rate (high salary range): $24.00
