Kalos Windows & Doors 2025 Limited is on the hunt for highly motivated Aluminium Fabricators to help us continue delivering precision-made windows and doors that stand the test of time. You’ll need to have a passion for accurate, efficient fabrication and a commitment to keeping your workspace safe, tidy, and productive. A good sense of humour helps too — we like to keep things light even when the workload isn’t!

Duties include but are not limited to:

Fabrication & Assembly:

- Manufacture aluminium windows, doors, and related joinery components to required specifications.

- Accurately measure, cut, and assemble aluminium profiles to high standards of quality and accuracy.

- Install hardware, seals, and accessories as required.

- Carry out glazing, ensuring correct handling and installation of glass.

 

General Responsibilities:

- Follow production plans, drawings, and instructions from the Production Manager.

- Maintain safe workshop practices and uphold company quality standards.

- Assist team members where needed to ensure workflow efficiency.

- Maintain cleaning and equipment care as part of daily tasks.

 

You will need:

- At least 2 years previous experience in aluminium joinery fabrication (windows/doors)

- Ability to accurately read and interpret production drawings and measurements.

- Confidence using hand tools, machinery, and fabrication equipment.

- Understanding of glazing and hardware installation processes.

- A Certificate in Architectural Aluminium Joinery: Machining and Fabrication, or a Certificate in Glazing — beneficial but not essential.

- Initiative, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.

- A commitment to quality workmanship and safe work practices.

 

Hours of Work:

This is full-time, permanent employment with minimum guaranteed hours of 44 hours per week. Ordinary hours are normally worked: Monday to Thursday: 7:00am – 4:30pm and Friday: 7:00am – 3:30pm.

Pay Rate:

Between $29.00 and $31.00 gross per hour, depending on experience and skill level.
