Massage therapists

Evergreen Natural Health Epsom Clinic is seeking three Tui Na therapists to work in Epsom Clinic, located in 463A Manukau Road, Epsom, Auckland. 

Epsom Clinic is operated in a holistic treatment approach (acupuncture, physio and Tui Na therapy combined with herbal formulas), focusing on pain relief, chronic conditions, and mental health etc. The successful candidates will do daily clinical practice independently within a team working environment and manage their own clients. 

• The job will be a full-time permanent, with a minimum of 30 hours work a week or more, depending on the mutual needs. 

• Work between Monday to Friday or possibly weekend if workload needs.

• Pay rate between $28-$30 depends on relevant work experience, skills and performances. 

The ideal applicants must have either of below:

• At least 2 years of strong relevant knowledge and skills of massage therapy or services eg. Tui Na techniques and other massage treatment
• OR relevant trade certificates or higher qualification in medicine or massage related area, such as Chinese/ Mongolian Medicine or therapeutic/remedial massage.

The applicants are positive and passionate about the natural health care, enjoy team working, have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, speak both English and Mandarin.

Main Duties：

∙  Communicate with clients to assess their needs and determine the most suitable massage and Chinese Tui-Na treatment plans.

∙  Provide high-quality massage services to promote relaxation, improve blood circulation, and relieve muscle tension.

∙  Identify appropriate therapeutic techniques, massage oils, and herbal remedies to address clients’ specific health concerns and conditions.

∙  Apply a range of massage and Tui-Na techniques to support clients’ physical wellbeing, enhance recovery, and reduce stress.

∙  Deliver an exceptional level of customer service with great attention to detail and professionalism.

∙  Maintain a professional and respectful relationship with clients at all times, demonstrating integrity, teamwork, and commitment to excellent guest care.

∙  Ensure all treatment rooms and clinic facilities are kept clean, organized, and presented to an immaculate standard at all times.
