T's Nails is a busy nail salon located at 206 King Edward St, Dunedin. Due to the business is growing rapidly, we urgently need trained nail technicians to join our friendly team.

The starting wage is $29-$33 per hour (depending on experience and skills). You will work on roster shift with minimum 30 hours per week. 

To be successful in the role, you will need to:

l  Relevant experience 2 years OR Level 4 Bauty care related Qualification

 

The job description:

  • Ensure uniform and personal appearance are always clean, tidy, and professional.
  • Demonstrate friendly attitude, good communication, and teamwork with all members in the group.
  • Keep the workplace clean, organised, and hygienic at all times.
  • Use all chemicals for nail treatments safely and correctly according to guidelines.
  • Clean, sanitize, and properly maintain tools and equipment after each service.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to consistently exceed guest expectations.
  • Perform pedicures, manicures, acrylic nails, gel nails, nail art designs, and nail repairs.
  • Follow all safety procedures while performing nail treatments to ensure a safe environment.
  • Build strong guest relationships to increase client retention and promote pre-booking.
  • Proactively develop new clients while maintaining positive relationships with existing guests.
  • Perform any other duties the employer may reasonably require related to the role.
