About Us:

J B Group of Companies Limited is a leading horticulture/nursery business dedicated to growing and supplying high-quality plants. We are looking for a reliable and motivated Store Person / Glasshouse Worker to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive, store, and manage inventory of plants, seeds, fertilizers, and nursery supplies.

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store and storage areas.

  • Assist in potting, transplanting, and caring for plants in the glasshouse.

  • Monitor plant health and report any pest or disease issues.

  • Prepare plants for sale or distribution.

  • Follow workplace health and safety procedures at all times.

Requirements:

  • 1 year experience or Level 2 certificate 

  • Basic knowledge of plant care and nursery operations.

  • Working hours – 30 hours every week

  • Pay Ret $25 to $30

  • Physically fit and able to handle lifting and working in varying temperatures.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
