About Us:

Our company is a leading [horticulture/plant nursery] dedicated to growing healthy plants and maintaining high-quality production standards. We are seeking a motivated Nursery Person / Glasshouse Worker to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Planting, potting, and transplanting seedlings and plants.

  • Watering, fertilising, and caring for plants in the glasshouse.

  • Monitoring plant health and reporting issues such as pests or diseases.

  • Assisting with general nursery maintenance and cleanliness.

  • Supporting the team in preparing plants for sale or distribution.

  • Following all health and safety procedures.

Requirements:

  •  Relevant experience or level 2 certificate.

  • PayScale - $23.50 to $30 per hour and 30 hours every week 

  • Knowledge of plant care, propagation, and glasshouse operations.

  • Physical stamina and ability to work in varying temperatures.

  • Attention to detail, reliability, and strong work ethic.

  • Ability to work in a team and take instructions.
