Position: Multimedia Specialist
Location: Auckland, New Zealand
The employee is responsible for creating, developing, and integrating multimedia content and systems to support broadcast, live events, and digital media production. Key duties include:

Creating and editing audio, video, graphics, and animation for multimedia programs and digital platforms.

Designing and implementing multimedia workflows and systems for broadcast and studio environments.

Integrating and configuring multimedia equipment, software, and signal networks for production use.

Supporting live and recorded productions through audio operations, system setup, and technical coordination.

Exploring and applying new multimedia technologies to enhance production quality and workflow efficiency.

Troubleshooting technical issues related to multimedia systems and digital content production.

Collaborating with production, engineering, and editorial teams to deliver effective multimedia solutions.

Assisting in team coordination, documentation, and management of multimedia production assets.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop, produce, and edit engaging multimedia content (videos, photos, graphics) for social media, website, and promotional campaigns.

Showcase Aqua Artist’s teaching philosophy, programs, and events through creative digital storytelling.

Collaborate with the marketing and operations team to plan content calendars and promotional strategies.

Manage video/photo shoots, post-production, and media library organization.

Optimize content for different digital platforms and ensure consistent brand presentation.
Qualifications & Skills:

Proven experience in multimedia production, including video editing, photography, and graphic design.

Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator) or equivalent.

Strong storytelling and creative content development skills.

Knowledge of social media trends, digital marketing, and content optimization.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.

Passion for sports, swimming, or education is a plus.
Experience:

Minimum 5 years of professional experience in multimedia production, digital content creation, or a similar role.
