Driver

• Operating tractors safely and efficiently for various farm tasks.

• Carrying out regular maintenance, inspections, and minor repairs on tractors, vehicles, and farm equipment.

• Checking tractor attachments such as graders, rollers, Plows, and trailers to ensure they are well-lubricated and functioning properly.

• Using tractors to transport materials, tow equipment, and assist with general farm operations.

• Loading goods onto tractors, trolleys, or vehicles and securing loads safely.

• Tying down loads, covering them with tarpaulins, and stacking items on pallets, trays, or flats as required. 
• Following safe loading and unloading procedures at all times.

• Operating delivery vehicles from small vans to heavy trucks in a safe and professional manner.

• Transporting and delivering goods, equipment, and materials to designated locations on schedule.

• Completing daily vehicle checks to ensure all vehicles are safe, roadworthy, and compliant with regulations.

• Reporting any mechanical faults or safety concerns to the Manager/Owner immediately.

• Keeping all vehicles, tractors, and equipment clean and well-maintained.

• Assisting with additional tasks on the farm or worksite as needed.

• Demonstrating good mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and safely.
