We are seeking an experienced and motivated Fruit Production Supervisor to oversee daily orchard/farm operations and ensure the efficient production, harvest, and quality control of our fruit crops. This role is ideal for someone with strong agricultural knowledge, excellent leadership abilities, and a passion for high-quality fruit production.
Full Time Role- 30 to 40 hours per week.
Pay Starts from $32 per hour to $35 per hour
Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate day-to-day fruit production activities, including planting, pruning, thinning, pest management, irrigation, and harvesting.

Lead and support orchard/farm staff, ensuring tasks are completed safely and efficiently.

Monitor crop health, identify issues early, and implement corrective actions.

Maintain accurate records of production activities, yields, and inputs.

Ensure compliance with safety standards, farm policies, and food-safety certifications.

Operate and supervise the use of farm equipment and machinery.

Collaborate with farm management to plan seasonal priorities and workforce schedules.

Assist with quality control and post-harvest processes.
Qualifications & Skills

2 years Experience in horticulture, fruit production, or a related agricultural field (supervisory experience preferred) or Level 4 Qualification in Horticulture or Management or related field.

Any bachelors degree may substitute qualifications or work experience.

Solid understanding of orchard management practices and crop growth cycles.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Competency in operating farm machinery (tractors, sprayers, etc.).

Good record-keeping and organizational skills.
- Able to work on a 7 days a week roster.
