About Us

Bricks 4 Kidz is an international education provider delivering engaging, curriculum-based STEM and creative learning programmes for early childhood and primary school children. Through LEGO®-based engineering activities, robotics, coding and hands-on learning experiences, we inspire children to learn, create and explore.

We are now seeking a highly experienced Learning Center Manager to lead the full operations, educational quality, and growth of our learning center.

 

Key Responsibilities

Center Operations & Leadership

· Oversee daily operations of the learning center, ensuring a safe, engaging and high-quality learning environment.

· Lead a team of educators, instructors, casual staff and programme assistants.

· Manage staff recruitment, induction, scheduling, performance and professional development.

Educational Programme Management

· Ensure all programmes (ECE-level STEAM, robotics, after-school classes, holiday programmes) meet educational standards and Bricks 4 Kidz global curriculum guidelines.

· Support lesson planning, educational resource preparation and programme improvement.

· Maintain alignment with early childhood education (ECE) standards and child-protection requirements.

Enrolment, Parent Engagement & Customer Experience

· Manage enrolments, class capacity, timetabling and customer enquiries.

· Communicate with parents regarding learning progress, centre events and concerns.

· Ensure a positive and professional customer experience.

Compliance, Safety & Quality Assurance

· Maintain health & safety, child protection and ECE-related compliance standards.

· Ensure high-quality delivery across all classes, workshops and school partnerships.

· Conduct regular quality reviews and implement continuous improvement measures.

Financial & Administrative Management

· Manage centre budget, revenue targets, expense control and purchasing.

· Oversee reporting, centre documentation, scheduling systems and CRM updates.

· Coordinate centre marketing activities in collaboration with senior management.

External Partnerships & Business Development

· Build and maintain partnerships with schools, community groups and education providers.

· Support the development of new learning programmes and expansion opportunities.

 

Skills & Qualifications

Required:

· Bachelor’s degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, Educational Leadership, Psychology, or another relevant field.

· Minimum 5 years of experience in managing ECE centres, learning centres or child-focused educational programmes.

· Strong leadership and operational management experience.

· Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with parents, staff and community partners.

Preferred:

· Experience in STEAM / LEGO® education / robotics / after-school learning environments.

· Knowledge of ECE-focused education standards and child protection policies.

· Experience developing or improving education programmes.
