The Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Operations Manager to lead our daily field operations and support our continued growth. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on service delivery, team performance, and client engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, supervise, and schedule cleaning teams across multiple residential and commercial sites
- Promote services to new clients and support business development initiatives
- Monitor cleaning performance to ensure high standards of hygiene and presentation are maintained
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections
- Coordinate procurement and inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Maintain strong client relationships and respond promptly to service feedback
- Assist senior management in operational planning and business development
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
- Maintain accurate records, timesheets, and operational reports
About You:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in service operations or team management
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities
- Strong knowledge of cleaning industry standards, equipment, and safety protocols
- Proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and team members
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong attention to detail
- Valid New Zealand driver’s license
- Functional communication in English (Portuguese and Spanish a plus)
- Must be drug and alcohol free
