Lanyon & Le Compte Precast is currently seeking Formwork Carpenters to join our manufacturing site in Christchurch. This is a full-time position (minimum 40 hours per week) with opportunities for overtime.
Hourly Rate: $30–$32 per hour (depending on experience)

The Role
● Production of precast concrete panels, stairs, and other concrete products, including in-situ concrete work
● Reading and interpreting building plans and technical drawings.
● Working collaboratively with a team of skilled tradespeople to deliver high-quality projects on schedule.
● Ensuring full compliance with all workplace health, safety, and building regulations.

About You
We are seeking applicants with the following:
● At least 2 years of relevant experience, with high preference in precast construction,
formwork for precast concrete units, in-situ concrete work, and/or steel fixing.
● Ability to read and interpret plans and technical drawings.
● Ability to follow instructions and complete assigned tasks efficiently.
● Strong teamwork skills and commitment to all health and safety requirements.

Applicants must have New Zealand residency or a valid New Zealand work visa.
