We are looking for an energetic store manager to work full-time in busy store.

Job Duties:

  • Lead Coach and inspire your team to achieve sales targets and KPIs
  • Ensure every customer receives a personalised, style-driven experience
  • Recruit, train and develop team members to build high-performing culture
  • Maintain store presentation and visual merchandising to brand standards
  • Overseas inventory, stock management and operational processess
  • Analyse sales data and implement strategies to drive growth

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of retail/store management experience preferably in fashion
  • Strong leadership people management and communication skills
  • Proven ability to drive sales and deliver measurable results.
  • Minimum bachelors degree and highly organised with attention to detail
  • Passion for plumbing and delivering exceptional customer experiences 
  • Flexibility to cover rostered hours as required
