About the Role:

GKT Randhawa Limited is Looking for Class 4 Truck Drivers. The applicant for the position must hold NZ class 4 Driver License and must be willing to drive trucks and operate forklifts.

Pay : $30 to $33.60 per hour depending on experience

Location : Wellington

Minimum Hours : 30 per week

Key Responsibilities:

 
  • Plan delivery of goods correctly so they are delivered on time.
  • Safely drive trucks on designated routes.
  • Supervise loading and unloading of products.
  • Load and unload trucks when required (manual lifting may be involved).
  • Transport fragile and heavy goods with care.
  • Maintain and update records of all deliveries.
  • Inspect vehicles daily for safety and cleanliness.
  • Comply with all traffic laws and company policies.
  • Collect delivery confirmations from customers.
  • Report any truck defects or maintenance needs.
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety standards.
  • Operate forklift to load unload trucks.

Key Requirements:

  • 1 years of New Zealand driving experience
  • Able to pass drug and alcohol test randomly
  • Available for weekends and day/night shifts and early mornings start (3am)
  • Flexible for working between minimum 30 to maximum 70 hours weekly.
  • Must hold valid Class 4 license, forklift license and DG license.
