Arcadia Kitchen Group Limited is a trusted specialist in custom kitchens, cabinetry, and interior joinery solutions. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality craftsmanship, innovative designs, and exceptional customer service. As our business continues to grow, we are looking for eight skilled and motivated Cabinet Makers to join our team. This is a permanent full-time position, and you are required to work at least 30 hours per week from Monday to Saturday. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Read and interpret technical drawings, plans, and specifications for cabinetry and joinery projects.

  • Manufacture, assemble, and install custom kitchen cabinets, wardrobes, shelves, and other built-in furniture.

  • Operate woodworking machinery, hand tools, and CNC equipment safely and accurately.

  • Measure, cut, edge-band, and finish materials to a high standard.

  • Carry out on-site installations and fit-outs as required.

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workshop environment.

  • Ensure quality control and meet project timelines and company standards.

 

Skills & Qualifications

  • At least a NZQA Level 4 relevant qualification OR

  • At least 2 years of proven experience as a Cabinet Maker, Joiner, or similar woodworking role.

  • Strong knowledge of joinery techniques, cabinet construction, hardware, and materials.

  • Ability to read plans and produce accurate measurements.

  • Competent in using woodworking tools, equipment, and machinery.

  • Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
