We are looking for a casual fill in Driver - store person for our Taranaki Branch, based in New Plymouth.

This role is to support our busy Warehouse Team on Fridays and whenever required to cover staff.

Position snapshot:

  • Location: Vogeltown, New Plymouth
  • Shifts: Friday, between 08:00 am – 12:00 pm, and whenever required
  • Position: Casual

About the Role

As a Driver - Store Person, you will:

  • Pick and pack food products for customer orders with precision and efficiency.
  • Replenish stock and maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Keep the Warehouse area clean, organised, and safe.
  • Deliver products to our customers

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pick and pack goods for dispatch with high accuracy.
  • Ensure orders are packed and dispatched on time.
  • Wrap pallets, assist with loading and dispatching.
  • Assist with stock takes and general warehouse duties.
  • Heavy lifting (up to 20–25 kgs).
  • Deliver goods according to customer orders in a timely manner.

About you

You’ll bring experience from a warehouse or logistics environment, ideally with a background in pick-packing. This is a physically demanding role that requires resilience, accuracy, and the ability to thrive under pressure.

Essential Attributes:

  • Previous experience a warehouse/ delivery driving is required.
  • Physically fit and capable of heavy lifting.
  • Strong attention to detail and time management.
  • Basic literacy and numeracy skills.
  • Scanning and computer skills (advantageous).
  • Forklift license (advantageous).
  • Class 1 Full license (manual is required)
  • Reliable transport and excellent attendance record.
  • Positive attitude and ability to work independently as well as in a team.
