Job Title: Distribution Manager

Location: Auckland

Salary: $32-$35

Job Type: Permanent

 

We have full time opportunity for Distribution Manager in Auckland region. You will be required to work between Monday-Sunday for minimum 30 hours to maximum 45 hours. You may require working on public holidays. We need someone who is willing to commit to our company and is prepared to take responsibility and run with it.

Role responsibilities:

§  Responsible for overall distribution operations of the business.

§  Identify opportunities for services and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales

§  Present new products and services to enhance existing relationships

§  Take full charge of ordering from suppliers / distributors/ wholesalers and negotiate best deals to increase the business profitability

§  Delivery, stock and time sheet record keeping and preparing reports on sales

§  Support and balance the request from sales and operation, resolve any conflicts and manage process flow with business control/ supply chain.

§  Ensuring compliance with workplace Health & Safety requirements

Job Requirements:

·    To be successful you must have at least 2 years of relevant Industry Work Experience or Level 4 or higher Diploma in Management / Distribution / Logistics

=   Must be physically fit

·       A positive attitude and great work ethic

·       Zero Tolerance of alcohol and drugs in the workplace

·       Clean Character Background

·       Random Drug tests may require time to time.
