QIC Motors ltd is an expert auto body shop specialists, we offer panel and paint and all mechanical repairs. We are looking for an auto mechanic to joint our team, to maintain and repair vehicles. You will be responsible for troubleshooting issues and fixing them aiming to maximum reliability and functionality.
An excellent auto mechanic has good eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity. you will be well-versed in complex mechanical systems of vehicles and have excellent problem-solving abilities. You must also be good communicators to provide advice to customers.
The primary function of this job position is to perform diagnostic tests on vehicles to find faults, analyse diagnostic test results and repair or replace engine, steering, transmission, braking or lighting system components.
Responsibilities

Conducting routine inspections of vehicles and identifying potential issues

Performing oil changes, tune-ups, and other routine maintenance tasks

Diagnosing and repairing problems with engines, brakes, suspensions, and other systems

Replacing damaged or worn-out parts, such as tires, batteries, and belts

Testing and fine-tuning repaired vehicles to ensure proper performance

Keeping accurate records of maintenance and repairs performed

Maintain equipment and tools in good condition

Ensuring the cleanliness of the shop
Requirements and skills
-
Proven experience as auto mechanic

Excellent knowledge of mechanical, electrical and electronic components of vehicles

Working knowledge of vehicle diagnostic systems and methods

Ability to handle various tools (e.g. pliers) and heavy equipment (e.g. lift)

Willingness to observe all safety precautions for protections against accidents, dangerous fluids, chemicals etc.
