The Role
Were looking for an experienced Heavy Diesel Mechanic to join our team. This role involves servicing, diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a range of heavy diesel machinery and trucks, ensuring all equipment is operating safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out diagnostics, servicing, and mechanical repairs on heavy diesel machinery and trucks
- Complete scheduled maintenance and identify potential mechanical issues early
- Perform breakdown repairs and respond to mechanical faults as required
- Maintain accurate service records and job sheets
- Ensure all work meets safety regulations and company standards
- Work collaboratively with the workshop team to keep equipment running smoothly
What We're Looking For
- Qualified Heavy Diesel Mechanic (or significant relevant experience)
- Strong diagnostics and fault-finding abilities
- Reliable, hardworking, and able to work independently
- Commitment to health & safety and high-quality workmanship
