If you are talented and experienced in barbering, TFC Investment NZ Limited trading as The Fade Creators has a life-changing offer for you.We're looking for capable, reliable and passionate barbers to jump on board at The Fade Creators in New Zealand and join us as we take it to the next level in all things men's grooming.

What we're looking for are skilled barbers with past customer service, A barber who is ambitious about what they do well and most importantly someone who has good time management. The Fade Creators has 3 available spots full-time for anyone keen.

Responsibility：

• Should know every kind of fade, scissors cut, cut-throat, beard/ moustache trim, shape and shave

• Comfortable using all clippers and scissors work (traditional and modern)

• Washing and conditioning clients' hair

• providing hair treatments and colouring

• Cutting and trimming hair according to the client's instructions 

• Providing hairstyle suggestions to clients 

• Customer service oriented and able to communicate effectively with clients 

• Time management skills to complete client services in an efficient and timely manner

• Able to work flexible days and hours 

• Good under pressure in a busy environment 

• ensuring that combs, scissors, razors and other instruments are cleaned and sanitised after each use

Terms and Conditions:

• Employment Type: Full time, permanent

• Hours: minimum of 30 hours maximum 45 hours per week

• Pay Rate: *$26 - $30 per hour depending on the quality of your experience

• Work location: Manukau, Auckland

• Start Date: Immediate or by agreement

Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of professional barber experience (No formal qualification required)

• Should be drug/alcohol and crime-free 

• Should speak basic English

• Applicants must be able to work weekends and public holidays.

The successful applicants will work based on a weekly roster. The opening hours of the barbershop are between 9 am and 7 pm. The minimum weekly work hours will be 30, but the employee must be flexible and able to work additional hours, up to a total of 45 hours a week, rostered over 5 or 6 days a week, Monday to Sunday. The roster may include full days, 9 am to 6 pm, or half days, such as 9 am to 1 pm or 1 pm to 6 pm.
