We are currently seeking an experienced Civil Operator to join our client’s growing crew. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who takes pride in quality workmanship, operates machinery safely and efficiently, and enjoys working as part of a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

Safely operate plant and machinery such as excavators, loaders, rollers, and dump trucks

Carry out civil tasks including trenching, earthworks, backfilling, site prep, and general labouring

Follow site safety procedures and contribute to a positive health & safety culture

 

Qualifications & Requirements:

WTR endorsements (Wheels, Tracks, Rollers) – required

Class 1 licence (minimum); Class 2+ beneficial

Proven experience operating civil machinery

Strong commitment to health & safety

Reliability, great attitude, and ability to work well in a team
