Commercial Cleaners Required - Auckland
Description
We are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to fill the positions of a Commercial Cleaner in the beautiful city of Auckland. As a Commercial Cleaner, you will play a vital role in upholding our commitment to excellence.
You must have a general knowledge of cleaning chemicals and heavy-duty equipment.
NZQF Level 2 or 3 qualification, or equivalent required.
It is a permanent type contract with Pay rate $25 - $30
Guaranteed hours: 30 per week ( multiple positions being offered)
Key Responsibilities:
Vacuuming: Utilize equipment to thoroughly clean all surfaces, paying meticulous attention to corners and edges.
Dusting: Execute detailed dusting routines on
trained surfaces.
Buffing: Using a buffer to restore and maintain
the shine of various flooring types.
Glass Cleaning: Window Cleaning
Mopping: Swiftly identify and address spills or stains, promptly removing them without leaving any residue.
Cleaning and disinfecting laundry and bathroom fixtures, replenishing supplies and reporting defective plumbing fixtures.
Operating industrial vacuum cleaners to clean floors, work areas and machines; removing dust and dirt from ceilings, walls, overhead pipes and fixtures.
Rubbish Removal: Handle waste disposal precisely and efficiently, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies.
Stock take and top ups
Follows safety procedures and guidelines while
performing cleaning tasks
Work efficiently and effectively, meeting high
standards of cleanliness.
Other Requirements
-Pass a drug test
- Pass a Ministry of Justice police check
-Must have a driving license.
-Must need private mode of transport
-Ability to work with the heavy-duty cleaning
equipment
-You must also be able to work the evening shifts with multiple cleaning sites.
-Must be able to work on weekdays and weekends.
-You must be either a New Zealand Citizen or resident or hold a valid work visa and be able to work full time.
