Job Title: Marketing Coordinator
Key tasks and responsibilities:
· Plan and create advertising and marketing objectives, policies, strategies and campaigns, grow the business
· Develop various types of marketing deliverables, including social media posts, and print materials
· Clearly communicate the objectives, deliverables, and timelines of marketing campaigns
· Prepare, coordinate, and execute marketing policies, activities and all aspects of producing marketing campaigns
· Advise and support the Company Director in executing and evaluating marketing objectives, policies and strategy and plan, to promote our products and services and reach target markets
· Conduct market research to analyze competitive landscape, market trends, customer behavior, customer demand and preferences, new products and services in the market, market opportunities, and keep up with the changes
· Plan meetings, events, conferences, and trade shows when needed
· Advising on key marketing components such as product mix, pricing, advertising, and promotional activities
· Give recommendations on sales approaches and how to choose effective distribution channels
· Measure the outcomes of each marketing activity
· Monitor key metrics to evaluate the success of marketing campaigns
· Run and assess the effectiveness of digital marketing or social media campaigns
· Maintain inventory of sales support materials, ensuring all are current and accurate, and coordinate the creation of new materials when necessary
· Continually seek and identify new sources of prospective customer data and provide recommendations
· Ensure the company optimizes successful campaigns
· Prepare reports by analyzing and summarizing data
Pay rate: Minimum $30 / hour Maximum $35 / hour
Guaranteed hours of work per week: Minimum 30 hours, permanent full-time
Requirements for the job:
· A relevant bachelor degree level 7 or higher qualification, OR alternatively 3-5 years of relevant work experience
· Fluency in Chinese is preferred but not compulsory, as we are expanding our presence in Auckland’s Chinese market
· Proven skills in developing marketing plans and campaigns
· Strong multitasking and decision-making skills
· Full time availability
· No criminal record
